Ingredients: Dorado Fillets, Garlic Salt, Black Pepper, Eggs Beaten, Crushed Soda Crackers, Vegetable oil.
Season dorado fillets on both sides liberally with Garlic Salt and Black Pepper. Dip fillets in beaten eggs. Dip fillets in crushed soda crackers on both sides. Heat vegetable oil to 425 degrees, and deep fry fillets til golden brown. Serve with steamed vegetables and/or rice.
